Man behind big name bare photographs hack confesses, prone to serve year and a half jail
HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania man confessed Tuesday to hack into the email and online records of a few female big names and taking private data, including naked photographs and recordings.
Ryan Collins, 36, was held responsible for accessing more than 100 Google and Apple accounts from November 2012 to September 2014. Huge numbers of those records had a place with well known ladies.
He conceded in government court to one tally of increasing unapproved access to an ensured PC to acquire data.
Government prosecutors said Collins utilized a plan called phishing as a part of which he could motivate casualties to give data about their records because of messages that seemed to come straightforwardly from Apple and Google. In some examples, they said, he could get all the documents his casualties had put away internet, including naked photographs and recordings.

No VIPs were distinguished in a request assertion recorded in March. Prosecutors say that there was no proof that Collins posted any of the appropriated pictures online or shared any data he got.
Collins, of Lancaster, was charged as a feature of an examination concerning the posting of naked photographs of various VIPs, including Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton, yet, prosecutors said he was not associated with being included in discharging those pictures.
No date was fixed for sentencing. Collins' lawyer didn't quickly give back a call looking for input Tuesday.
